Emergency Relief

SANZAF distribution and project teams are always prepared to assist with emergency situations around the country. Your generosity allows us to meet the immediate need of people effected by unforeseen circumstances.

Covid-19 Emergency Response

This year will forever be remembered for Covid-19 and its effects on our economy and the impoverished, as an organisation we knew we had to act immediately. Through strategic partnerships and collaborations SANZAF was able to collect and distribute over R10 million worth of aid in response to the pandemic while our efforts are still ongoing. Covid-19 immune booster packs, welfare assistance to effected families and distribution of oxygen concentrators are ongoing done from our regional offices across the country. Daily food programmes have been broadened and we now provide over 100 000 meals to needy individuals on a weekly basis.

Operation Winter

For some, the season of winter means hot chocolate, fashionable jackets, soup and nights in snuggling up by the fire place. But for the needy, homeless and destitute winter brings unbearable circumstances, sleepless nights and hunger.

SANZAF’s Operation Winter Warmth is a national initiative which aims to ease the situation for those less fortunate. SANZAF staff and volunteers around the country distribute blankets, increasing our food programmes and distribute winter packs (jacket, beanie, scarf and gloves) to children at schools in impoverished areas.

All this is only possible through the mercy of the Almighty and the generosity of the public.

Spare a thought for the needy and help us #Givehope this winter by contributing here.
